- 3 Egg Yolks
- 3 Egg Whites
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2.5 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 cup Coconut (shredded/grated)
- Meringue
