  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2.5 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 cup Coconut (shredded/grated)
  • Meringue
